IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR COSTUME ORDER FORM BY NOVEMBER 15th --YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE TO LET US KNOW (804) 873-1936. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU, WE WILL ASSUME YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER FORM. Costume orders are DUE IN OUR OFFICE no later than December 5th. Costumes cost $69 and come with all accessories (hair piece, etc.) and tights. We order costumes in December in order to receive them by May. It takes the costume companies many months to complete large costume orders. Other than the costume, you will have a recital fee of $30 due in with your March tuition. These two fees are your only necessary expenses for the dance recital. We do not charge ticket fees --the recital is a free event, you may bring as many people as you wish. You will have a Dress Rehearsal in the early afternoon --at the Dress rehearsal your child will practice their dance on stage and then get their pictures taken with a professional photographer. After Dress Rehearsal, you will leave the high school, and then return later that same day--Saturday, JUNE 23 for the Dance Recital. Each class will perform either a Tap or a Ballet routine in the recital, but not both. Both Dress Rehearsal and the Dance Recital last approximately 1-1 1/2 hours long and are both on Saturday June 23, 2012. Specific times will be posted on our website by January 1, 2012.
